Today, I visited “Kuroson”. It was located around 5 minutes walk from Ginza station, just in the middle of Ginza and Shimbashi. I arrived there at 11:20, 10 minutes before its opening time and found 2 people were waiting its opening. There were 12 people at opening and most of them were female.
Mmm,,,,delicious!! Matured avocado melt in mouth softly covered fresh and juicy shrimp and rice. Pepper did a good job from time to time. White radish sprouts and flying fish roe came later and gave different texture. You wouldn’t be tired of.
The dish was recommendable for a person who would like to eat sushi but not that good at raw fish!!
