Today, I visited “Kimuraya Souhonten Ginza Honten” which first introduced “Anpan(Sweet red bean bun)”. It is located next to “Wako” at a crossroad of Ginza 4 chome.
The shop was crowded with a lot of people looking for “Anpan”. I went through people , bought “Anpan” and went right back to my home.
Anpan I bought were “Sakadane Ogura(Below left,￥150)”, “Sakadane Sakura(Below right,￥150)” and “Sakadane Kuri(Upper, ￥180)”.Bun of them were made of yeast fungus of sake. Unique sweet flavor stimulated my appetite.
There are other ingredients such as keshi, uguisu, shiro, cheese cream etc. Why don”t you try Anpan when you visit Ginza?
