“Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime”Sush Restaurant managed by a long standing fish store established 100 years ago

築地青空三代目外観I visited “Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime” which was managed by a long standing fish store established a hundred years ago. It was located 4~5 minutes walk from Tsukiji statio. I arrived there 10:34a.m. which past opening time by 4 minutes.
There were 7 guests at the counter inside. I ordered lunch menu “Aozora Dukedon(¥1,800)”. Here came the dish in 10 minutes.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAToppings were yellow jack, flounder, tuna,bonito, Japanese scallop, salmon, salmon egg and cuttlefish. All toppings except cuttlefish were dipped into soy sauce just before serving.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAll toppings matched rice with right amount of salt. Yellow jack, which was fresh and crunchy, was especially tasty.
Interior of the restaurant was so stylish that it must be good for dating.!
