I went to “Niboshi Ramen Tamagoro”, which was famous for serving tasty Niboshi(small dried sardines) ramen in Kansai. It is located 1~2 minutes walk from Shinjuku 3 chome station.
I arrived there at 19:26. There were 6 guests inside.I bought a ticket of Niboshi Ramen(¥700) and started to eat 8 minutes later.
Sea weed, Naruto, bamboo shoots, porkloin fillet and welsh onion were on top of ramen. Rich flovor of Niboshi came around.
Noodles were a little bit thick wavy one. Soup had a good mixture of Tonkotsu and Niboshi. You could enjoy this soup even if you were not good at Niboshi flavor.
