“Niboshi Ramen Tamagoro Tokyo Shinjukuten”Tonkotsu Ramen with flavor of small dried sardines

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAI went to “Niboshi Ramen Tamagoro”, which was famous for serving tasty Niboshi(small dried sardines) ramen in Kansai. It is located 1~2 minutes walk from Shinjuku 3 chome station.
I arrived there at 19:26. There were 6 guests inside.I bought a ticket of Niboshi Ramen(¥700) and started to eat 8 minutes later.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASea weed, Naruto, bamboo shoots, porkloin fillet and welsh onion were on top of ramen. Rich flovor of Niboshi came around.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERANoodles were a little bit thick wavy one. Soup had a good mixture of Tonkotsu and Niboshi. You could enjoy this soup even if you were not good at Niboshi flavor.
