Today, I visited “Murasakiyama” in Mita. It was located around 2 minutes walk from Mita station. It was said this ramen shop served so called “Wakayama ramen”, a kind of tonkotsu ramen originated in Wakayama-pref.
I arrived there at 11:45, 15 minutes after its opening. There were 4 guests inside the shop. I bought tickets of “Ajitamasoba”(￥850) and “Oomori(large)”(￥120) and waited around 5 minutes before a ramen came.
Toppings were a roasted pork fillet, a soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots and brown welsh onions. Noodles were thin and straight. A soup was soy sauce based tonkotsu. First, I had noodles with some soup. It certainly had good texture. Odor was completely removed. Delicious! Then, I had them with toppings, especially impressive were brown welsh onions. I could enjoy their flavor a lot.
Finally, I put yuzu pepper into a soup. Flavor of yuzu and hotness of pepper gave good changes and I could enjoy the till the end.
