“Torisoba Juban 156 Azabujubanten”Hiyashichuuka, worth to try’

20150731_122743_resizedToday, I visited “Torisoba Juban 156 Azabujubanten”. It was located a minute walk from Azabujuban station.
I arrived there about 12:15 and found the shop was 80% full.
It was really hot today, so I bought a ticket of “Hiyashichuuka (Cold Chinese noodles)(¥900) out of a vending machine. At that time, a person in charge recommended a gyouza(¥500) and I bought a ticket of one, too.

20150731_123750_resized5 minutes after I sat at the counter, 6 pieces of gyouza came. The skin was crispy and gyouza itself was not bad but seemed a little bit too expensive.

20150731_124133_resizedHere came Hiyashichuka in another a few minutes.
Toppings were a piece of roasted chicken fillet, pieces of half boiled egg, fresh onions, welsh onions, mizunas, lettuces and a small tomato.
It was said a thick sauce was based on vegetables.

Chewy noodles and flavory sauce matched greatly and were very delicious. Soft texture of half boiled eggs and fresh taste of onions enabled me to enjoy more. Really delicious!!
I finished them all at once. This Hiyashichuuka was worth to have. Why don’t you try one?
