“Tachibana”Good for a gift

たちばなToday, I visited “Tachibana”, which was one of the most famous Karinto (deep-fried brown sugar snacks) shop. It is located 5 minute walk from Shimbashi station.

You could know price range and kinds of Karinto from an outside showcase.

There were two kinds of Karinto, Koro(thick one) and Saeda(thin one). Some were for gifts and the others were for your own use.

Today, I bought Saeda(¥900) for my own use.

たちばなLook at pretty flowers!

たちばなThere were much more quantity than I had expected.

たちばなThey were lightly and decently sweet. At first, I felt honey taste. Sweetness of Karinto itself came later. It was very difficult to stop eating.

You could buy this Karinto only there at this shop. Why don’t you drop in and buy some?
