“Kuwabara”Salt was a main player

桑ばらToday, I visited “Kuwabara”. It is located 9 minute walk from Ikebukuro station and close to Sunshine 60.
I arrived there at 11:25, 25 minutes after its opening and was the first one to be in the shop. I bought a ticket out of a vending machine and waited 3 minutes before ramen came.

桑ばらShio(salt) ramen(¥700). Toppings were a roasted pork fillet, bamboo shoots and seaweeds.

桑ばらNoodles were thin and straight, which were boiled a little bit firmly. Soup had a strong taste of salt and a bit flavor of chicken bones. I enjoyed rich taste and sweetness of salt from the soup. Taste of wheat in noodles became clear with the soup. Juicy taste of a roasted pork fillet was also impressive with the soup.

I found a lot of ramen shop where soup played major role but here in this shop, soup played a role to make clear deliciousness of all toppings.
