“Sakaezushi”Valuable dish only in Tsukiji

栄寿司Today, I visited “Sakaezushi”. It was located 5 minutes walk from Tsukijishijyo station. The restaurant was in a back alley and difficult to find, so I got astray a bit.

栄寿司When I looked at a menu on the wall, “Omakasedon” (Shef’s recommended Donburi” attracted my eyes.
An omakasedon came 5 minutes after my order.

栄寿司This was an “Omakasedon”(¥1,700) with a bowl of clam soup. There were tunas, crabs, burned Japanese scallops, salmons, amberjacks, burned sea breams and eggs.

栄寿司All of them were very big. Look at this amberjack! Very thick! I have never seen such a thick piece of amberjack. All the other sashimis were large and thick. This must be a dish that you could enjoy only in Tsukiji which had the biggest fish market in Japan. Gochisousamadeshita!.
