Today, I visited “Tokyo Underground Ramen Ganjya”. It is located within Tobu Hope Center, right next to Ikebukuro station. I arrived there at 10:49, 49 minutes after its opening. There were not so many guests inside.
Noodles were thick and flat. They looked really delicious. First, I ate a noodle alone. I could enjoy good flavor of wheat. The more you bit a chewy noodle, the more you could enjoy rich taste. Then, I ate with a soup.
A soup was so called W soup, based both on animal and fish ingredients. It was very sticky. There were some fishmeal on a surface of a soup. I dipped some noodles into a soup and ate them. I felt bitter taste of small dried sardines. It was probably because I mistakenly took a lot of fishmeal. Therefore, I stirred soup and tried again.
Oh,,,very rich. Strong taste of fish. For me, it was better to dip half of noodles into a soup to enjoy excellent taste of noodles.
