“Bejipotatsukemen Endera”Full of rich taste in soup

20150707_113517_resizedToday, I visited “Bejipotatsukemen Endera” in Ikebukuro. It was located around 3 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station.

I arrived there at 11:37, 7 minutes after its opening. The shop was just full inside, so I bought a ticket out of vending machine and became first one in waiting. It took 20 minutes to be at the counter. At that time, there were 6 people waiting behind me. Here came “Vege pota Tsukemen with egg large (¥900)”, 10 minutes after I sat at the counter. For your information, It was free to make ramen large.

20150707_120609_resizedSoup was very dense really like potage. It was said to be made of chicken, pork and vegetable.

20150707_115713_resizedIn regard to noodle, you could choose from 2 types. This time, I chose wheat germ noodle which was recommended by the shop.

First, I had noodle with just a little bit of soup because the soup was so dense. It was delicious because of rich taste of ingredients. Noodle was not that chewy as one for tsukemen.

I felt a little bit heavy, so I poured hot water into soup as recommended.

.When I went out, the shop was not full. It must be better to visit this shop little later than 12 o’clock.
