Today, I visited “Umamimen Tsukiichi”. It is located a few minute walk from Ginza 4 chome crossroads. It is on the 2nd floor of the building which “Ginza Kagari” (I introduced the other day) is on the 1st floor.
I arrived there at 11:20, 10 minutes before its opening. In front of “Ginza Kagari”, there was a long line of around 30 people. On the other hand, no one was waiting in front of “Umamimen Tsukiichi”.
I entered the shop at its opening and bought a ticket. It took 10 minutes before ramen came after I passed a ticket to a person in charge.
Noodles, which were medium thin and straight, matched thick soup. A soup was like potage and resembled one of “Tenkaippin”. It tasted lighter than it looked. It was like a chicken potage with taste of Japanese scallop and fish. Especially, you could enjoy rich taste and flavor of rare Japanese scallop.
A soup oneself could be a complete dish. Why don’t you try one!!
