Today, I visited “Ginza Sushi Ojima”. It was located 3 minutes walk from Ginza station. I arrived there at 11:45, 15 minutes after its opening. There was a sushi counter for 6 people and an old couple and a lady were sitting there. It was calm inside and you were sure to forget bustle of big cities there.
I ordered “Fukiyose Bara Chirashi” (￥1,290) and waited for 5 minutes before a dish came.
Fukiyose Bara Chirashi. There were some sliced ginger on rice which was seasoned with vinegar. Chopped raw fishes etc. were scattered on it. I tried to check what were they, but abandoned the idea in the middle because there were too many fish and others. Egg, cucumber, conger eel, fish having white flesh, fish having red flesh, silver skinned fish, octopus leg, squid tentacles, etc..
In case of Bara Chirashi, you had better finish them all at once. As a result, you could enjoy different texture, different taste and different characteristics at the same time. I could really enjoy the dish. A steamed egg custard and miso soup were also served.
It was a bargain for \1,290. Why don’t you try when you came there around?
