Today, I visited “Toripota Ramen THANK”. It was located around 3 minutes from Daimon station. I usually visited ramen shops at opening time of a day. However, it was Saturday today. I went there a little later at 13:10 and the shop was full and 3 people were waiting. A person in charge urged me to buy a ticket before standing in line.
Taking a look at vending machine, you could choose density of soup in three categories, “Sarari”, “Torori” and “Poteri”. This time I chose the middle one, “Ramen Torori”(\700). 5 minutes later, I could enter the shop.
Noodles were medium thin and firm. A soup was like potage, from which you could enjoy rich taste of chicken and vegetable. I had been tried this type of ramen several times and, among them, this soup was less sweet and had more refreshing taste. Excellent taste of soup was beyond my expectation.
When I finished 2/3 of one, I put curry powder. I could enjoy change of taste. A bit of hotness and curry taste were added without destroying basic taste of a soup.
I could also enjoy juicy chicken and texture of bamboo shoots.
I would like to try tsukemen or Tantanmen next time.
