Today, I visited “Soranoiro Nippon”, a new brand shop of “Soranoiro”. “Soranoiro” had been selected as Bib gourmand in Michelin Tokyo 2015. It was located in “Tokyo Ramen Street” within “Tokyo Ichibangai”. This is the one which opened there almost at the same time of “Chiyogami” which I had introduced the other day. I arrived there 20 minutes before its opening. I was the first one to be in line of waiting people.
Here came “Vege Soba” in about 5 minutes. Toppings were a zucchini, pickled cabbages, garlic chips, lotus root chips, carrots, tomatoes and a rolled barley with basil.
There also was a yuze attached on to a bowl.
It was said noodles contained paprika. Noodles were chewy and had soft sweet taste. Soup said to be made of vege-broth and carrot glace, and had mild sweet taste. Toppings played a very good role in adding good accent to ramen. I was especially impressed by excellent job of sourness of pickled cabbage and wild taste of garlic chips.
I had been wondering whether I could enjoy ramen without tastes of animal and fish ingredients. In conclusion, I could enjoy greatly this vegetarian ramen. I strongly recommended you to try this one!!
