There were an ordering paper on a table, so you could select level of taste or texture etc.,,,. After you decided your order, you should push button on a table and a person in charge would come to pick up ordering paper.
Noodle was thin and straight. A soup was real Tonkotsu. There were condensed taste of pork bone and a flavor of animal meat. But in total it was mild. When I finished half of them, I put secret dip into the soup. Great! It became hotter, but at the same time, sweeter and more tasty. You wouldn’t get tired of this ramen partly because of this change of taste.
Put refill into soup. I became really full.
Because of this table setting, it was easier for a lady to have lunch there by herself. If you have a chance to visit Harajyuku or Omotesandou for shopping, this ramen shop must be a good choice for your lunch.
