Today, I visited “Onisoba Fujiya”. It was located 1 minute walk from Shibuya scramble crossroad. I got lost because there was a different shop’s curtain in front of entrance of elevator to “Onisoba Fujiya” which was 5th floor of the building. Later, I found an poster of “Onisoba Fujiya’ next to the curtain.
I arrived there at 14:35. It was 70% full inside. At the table, I ordered Oni shio (salt) Ramen(\850) and ramen came in 13 minutes.
Toppings were welsh onion, Yuzu, roasted pork fillet, bamboo shppts and burned welsh onion.
Noodle was straight and medium thin. Combination of soup and noodle was good.
You could feel taste of fish and chicken from the soup, which was light and sweet. Probably, you could enjoy deep complexity with the soup. At the same time, you could enjoy changes from bamboo shoots, Yuzu and burned welsh onion.
