“Chiyogami”Rich taste of dried bonito sank deep into my heart

ちよがみ-外観Today, I visited “Chiyogami” opened June 18,2015, which was a second brand of “Kudan Ikaruga”. It was located in “Tokyo Ramen Street” within “Tokyo Ichibangai”. “Tokyoeki Ikaruga” , which I introduced the other day, were also in same area.
I arrived there at 11:00 and entered the shop without waiting. However, there became a line of people in a few minutes.
I bought a ticket and waited 6 minutes before ramen came.

ちよがみ-東京駅醤油中華そばToday’s ramen was “Tokyoeki Shoyu(soy sauce) Chukasoba”(¥980).
Toppings were roasted pork fillet, boiled egg, seaweed, welsh onion, mizuna and one unknown object in the middle.

ちよがみ-麺Noodle was medium thin and a little bit wavy. It was smooth in going down throat.
The most impressive toppings was a roasted pork fillet. There was a good flavor of mirin or sake. Probably, it might go well with sake(There were beers at the shop).
Right after I took soup, there came deep and rich taste of dried bonito and disappeared.
