“Ochanomizu Taishouken” Successor of a great master

20150508_131949_resized_1Today’s lunch is at “Ochanomizu Taishouken”.
This ramen shop is a successor of Mr. Kazuo Yamagishi who died this April and is famous as an originator of ‘TSUKEMEN’ .
This is an appearance of the shop.

20150508_132643_resized_2I ordered large Morisoba with egg.\1,020. A little bit sour taste of soup, which attracted Taishouken Lovers , would give you an unique impression, which is valuable enough for you to try.

20150508_132808_resized_2Like this, roasted pork fille was crumbling. Must be good for your health.

20150508_133155_resized_2I put in some raw garlic to change taste of soup.
Eventhough I hesitate to order a large one, but I could finish it easily.
I would like to try another Taishouken at Higashi Ikebukuro to check difference.
